Working Breed…Siberian Husky Puppy!

  • Share

It’s ruff being a puppy!  Especially if you’re a working breed like this adorable Siberian Husky puppy!  Yep after a long day of work we all want to put our heads down on the keyboard and take a little 5 minute dog nap.

This little girl really makes me want to start raising another puppy.  I miss the puppy breath, zoomies, the cuteness, and the boundless energy.  Then again I don’t really miss the sleepless nights, potty accidents, biting, chewing, and all the other not so fun things associated with puppyhood.  Maybe I’ll just stick to puppy sitting for a little while longer :)

Siberian Husky Puppies Have A Ruff Life!

I’ve been raising Guide Dog puppies now for over 6 years and a day in the life of a puppy is pretty much always the same.

Puppy’s Daily Schedule

Like I said it’s a tough life being a puppy!  Just think about a day in the life of a puppy…

  • Wake up for an eventful day!
  • Potty
  • Eat nom noms
  • Potty
  • Play
  • Potty
  • Take Nap
  • Potty
  • Eat nom noms
  • Potty
  • Play
  • Potty
  • Take Nap
  • Potty
  • Eat nom noms
  • Potty
  • Play

  • Go to bed for the day!

Yep, that pretty much sums up the day in the life of a puppy!  Eat, sleep, play, potty!

Do you have a puppy too?  Is she as adorable as this little Siberian Husky Puppy?  Does she follow the same schedule as above?  Tell us a little bit about your puppy in the comment section below.

  1. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a puppy but if by nom noms you mean expensive shoes, library books, tissues, purses, luggage, trash sacks, sofa pillows, and carpets, I would have to agree.

    • That’s awesome! Linus ate all of the remote controls and a couple cell phones as a puppy, but we’ve learned since then that too much freedom = destructive chewing. Our guide pups will destroy the occasional toy and that’s about it.

  2. Oh, I am melting! But Kuster is still enough of a reminder about puppyhood to keep me away from them for a while! lol

  3. so cute…
